Open Letter about MS4 Patent

As you may be aware, Millennium Solution 400's product, MS4, has been accused of infringing two U.S. patents owned by Turn of the Century Solutions (TOCS). An action is underway in the U.S. District Court for the District of N.J. in which TOCS asserts that MS4 infringes TOC's U.S. Patent Numbers 5,600,836 and 5,835,909. In that action, EM4 Solutions counterclaims, among other things, that these patents are not infringed by MS4 and/or are invalid.

EM4 Solutions believes strongly in the legal merits of its position and intends to defend itself and its customers vigorously. It has come to our attention that TOCS, or business affiliates of TOCS, have been contacting EM4 Solutions' customers in an attempt to intimidate and gain competitive advantage. In the event you are contacted, please inform us and we will address the situation appropriately.
